Welcome to the Richland County Public Library’s resource guide to starting a small business in the Midlands.

As a service to local residents, the librarians in Business, Science, and Technology Reference at the Main Library have developed and will maintain this Web site to provide important and up-to-date information.

There are many relevant books and periodicals available at the library, as well as computers with Internet access and word processing capabilities. Library card holders can also access numerous online subscription databases available on RCPL’s Web site.
