Branch Services

• An auditorium with a seating capacity of 50 (Request a Meeting Room Reservation)
• A large collection of books and materials
• A professionally assisted reference area
• Books on CD and Playaways
• Music CDs
• DVDs
• Magazines and newspapers
• Public access computers with online databases
• Internet access (Wireless access is now available)
• Word processing
• Programs for children and adults are offered throughout the year.
• If the materials you need are not located at the St. Andrews Regional Branch, you may place the items on hold and have them sent from  any of the other branches to the St. Andrews Regional Branch.

About the Branch

The St. Andrews Regional Branch is one of the three regional branches located throughout Richland County. It began as a project of the St. Andrews Woman's Club in 1964. The small collection was first housed in the community center. By 1968, the facility moved to Lancewood Road and had been incorporated as a branch. In 1992, St Andrews Regional Branch moved to its current location.
