For 15 years, the Friends of RCPL hosted A Tisket, A Tasket...A Literary Basket, a popular fundraising event which raised more than $254,000 to benefit the library.
The annual, fun-filled evening included music, great food and a live and silent auction featuring a variety of baskets built around literary themes and filled with local treasures, trips and more.
The final event was held on February 16, 2008 at the Main Library as part of RCPL's 15th anniversary celebration of expanded library services in Richland County. Stay tuned for a variety of new Friends's fundraisers!
